The Combi-Camp Valley is a luxury 4 berth family trailer tent, with the trademark 30 second setup of the brand, but offering either a split berth arrangement, for two adults and two children, or a king size slatted bed, coupled with comfortable, spacious, accommodation.
The living area has a solid floor, created by the lid of the trailer, as well as a flexible kitchen canopy, sun canopy and awning. The fully equiped kitchen comes complete with three gas burners, fridge, sink and water tank, plus plenty of storage.
The sink is fixed to the rear of the trailer, and, hence, the need for a kitchen canopy. When the unit is set up, poles are extended from the main canopy, and the kitchen canopy is extended out to provide weather cover for the kitchen unit itself. This canopy further rolls out to form a sun canopy, the sides of which can be fitted to turn it into a full awning.
To appreciate the way this all looks and works, feel free to take a look at the various videos below.
On of the advantages of this arrangement is that the kitchen can be used, even when the trailer is fully folded, making it ideal for quick stop overs, en route (subject, of course, to appropriate weather conditions).
As quick, flexible, comfortable accomodation goes, it's hard to beat the Combi-Camp Valley. With a king size double bed, that converts to a settee, or the option of two, smaller doubles, a solid floor in the lounge area, and a fully fitted kitchen, this model, effectively, bridges the gap between trailer tent and folding camper, but with a setup time that cannot be matched by any other brand.
The trade off, here, is price, as they have a tendency to be a little more expensive than your average trailer tent. That said, they are cheaper than any folding camper, so definitely worthy of consideration.
Details of resellers are, to say the least, sketchy. The main manufacturer's web site, in Denmark states that they are currently looking for resellers in the UK. The Combi-Camp UK web site quotes 4 dealers (apart from themselves) three of which are private sellers of second hand units, and the fourth has no mention of any Combi-Camps on their web site, and appears to no longer be dealing in trailer tents or folding campers. Combi-Camp UK appear to be the best port of call for new purchases. Full details of RRP are included in the Paperwork section above.

Setup Instructions
A couple of brief walk through videos, giving quick tours of the Valley. For a more detailled insight, teake a look at the Setup Instruction videos to the right.
This 3 part series of videos comes from the Combi-Camp DVD that accompanied the Valley model, back in 2009. It does, however, give a good representation of the procedures involved in setting up most recent examples of the marque. Well worth a look, both for those considering the purchase of a Combi-Camp, or those who have recently acquired a second hand one, and are unsure as to how to set it up.
