This Aztec arrived in, generally, very sound condition with a few minor issues and a tired and worn carpet and door handles
First job; remove old carpet, including staples, gripper rods etc and prepare flooring.
Floor laying in progress. We tend to use vinyl based planking, rather than laminates, as they give the same overall look and feel, but are warm, comfortable, flexible and lightweight
Flooring laid, sealed and finished. Ready for the next job. Decorative / protective edging strip also placed in the doorway.
All flooring is laid to a high standard, with attention to detail of upmost importance.
This particular unit had had work done, previously, but had not been finished to an acceptable standard, with exposed bare plywood in the cabin area.
The exposed plywood was prepared, treated, and stained to match the existing cabinetwork in the camper.
Another very common problem is the missing spring loaded button from poles. Although a minor problem, it prevents them from working effectively.
Button replaced, this is now a fully functioning pole, once more.
The finished item, with new flooring and cupboard door / drawer handles fitted.
All repairs to poles, hinges, catches and clips undertaken, and gas and water systems checked, and repaired / serviced, as required.
