Folding Camper & Trailer Tent Definitive Guide
Other Pennine Models
Pennine Pentium:

The Pentium was, simply, a re badged Pathfinder, identical in pretty much every way to the model on which it was based. For details of dimensions, specifications, etc feel free to check out the Pennine Pathfinder page of this guide.
We have included fairly detailed summaries of all the key Pennine folding campers in this guide, however, there are many obscure models that pop up from time to time. There are two main reasons for this; firstly, dealers would, occasionally, make minor modifications to models, and then sell them under their own model range, and, secondly, Pennine would, themselves, experiment with slightly different specifications and layouts and release them into the marketplace under a different name, to see how they were received.
One of the more successful of these was the Sovereign, which was a slight variation on the Pathfinder model, and ran from 2001, to 2003, which is why it has been included in the guide as a separate item. Others, such as the Pentium, and the Pioneer, were less prolific, indeed, to date, we have only ever seen one example of a Pioneer, however, for the sake of completeness, any remaining models are included here (unless, of course, you know different, in which case, we would be happy to hear from you....)
Pennine Pioneer:

The Pioneer is extremely rare, relative to most models, and we have only, actually, seen one example of the marque. It appears to be, effectively, a Pennine Sterling, in every aspect, except for the inclusion of U shaped seating, rather than the more traditional opposing dinette style settees.
